Welcome to the 2012 Hotel Cateys

Entries are now open for the industry’s only truly independent benchmark of operational excellence, Caterer and Hotelkeeper’s Hotel Cateys. The celebrated awards are now in their sixth year, and each year has been bigger and better than the last. With plenty to celebrate in 2012, now is the time to make your nomination and recognise the best in the business.

Since their launch in 2007, the Hotel Cateys have rewarded excellence across all disciplines in the hotel sector. The awards have already recognised more than 75 of the most successful hotels, hoteliers and hotel employees across the UK. The Hotel Cateys were created to recognise and praise those individuals and teams that work tirelessly to make sure their particular business is a smooth and successful operation that delivers an exceptional guest experience, day in, day out.

Guests visit a hotel for any number of reasons. But they return thanks to wonderful welcomes, brilliant breakfasts and a great night’s sleep. Efficient and enthusiastic hoteliers and employees make this happen. Guests expect some pampering in the spa, a memorable family meal, even a speedy and secure internet connection. Couples might want some privacy, while business travellers might simply want to slump in their room with some room service. Hotel Catey winners deliver on these demands while making sure their particular business is as stunning as their service. Every operation has outstanding achievers – people these awards are designed to celebrate.
