Since their launch in 2007, the Hotel Cateys have already become the hotel industry’s only truly independent benchmark of operational excellence.

The awards recognise, reward and celebrate the unsung heroes who work tirelessly to support the UK’s hotel sector by delivering an exceptional guest experience day in, day out.

I would like to thank all those who have entered the 2010 Hotel Cateys. The judging will take place on the 6th and 7th September and we will announce the shortlist week commencing September 13.
