When is the closing date?
The closing date for all entries is Friday 18th June 2010.

When will I know whether my company has been short-listed?
The full shortlist will be revealed on the website and will also be published in Caterer and Hotelkeeper week beginning 13th September 2010. You will also receive an email/correspondence from us by this date if you have made the shortlist.

When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Hotel Catey Awards on 12th November 2010 in Nine Kings Suite, The Royal Lancaster Hotel.

When will I receive my invitations? 
Your invitations will be sent to you in early October, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests
 
Whom do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
Once your table booking has been confirmed we will send you a guest list to complete and return to the event organisers for all guests with special dietary requirements. 
 
How do I order drinks for my table?
You are provided with wine as part of your table package.  Should you wish to order additional wines or soft drinks, please do via the wine waitier on the night. However you will be asked to settle the bill by credit card/cash on the night for these additional drinks.
 
What is your cancellation policy on purchased tickets?

Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue, content, date or timing of the event.  In the event that this function is cancelled, by the organisers, a full refund will be made on any booking.
