These rates are valid up to two months prior to event date, after which rooms are offered at BAR (best available rate) and subject to availability.

All reservations require credit card details to guarantee the booking. In the event of non-arrival, you will be charged for the first nights accommodation if you have not previously cancelled the room. Check-in times are from 14:00 hrs and checkout times are until 12.00 noon. You are able to cancel the reservation without charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival date without charge, after this period our cancellation policy will apply.
