Terms And Conditions

All online entries are free and will be confirmed within four working days. If you do not receive confirmation of your entry please contact Melinda Park immediately (details below).  Should you wish to withdraw from the awards at any time please do so to melinda.park@rbi.co.uk.    

Table Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to the address below. If you cancel on or before 7th September 2009 a full refund is given. If you cancel after 7th September 2009 no refund is given, including non-attendance at the Event, but we can substitute any name at any time.   To avoid duplicate bookings on your table please do speak to nominator and nominee to ensure this does not happen.  Unfortunately due to a rise in administration costs, duplicate bookings will not receive any refund but we are happy to place your tables side by side on the night. 

Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue or the date of the Event.

In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.

Cancellation of the Event
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible Event cancellation or postponement. In any Event, Caterer & Hotelkeeper and the Event Organisers will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc.
