When will I know whether my company has been short-listed?

The full shortlist will be revealed on this website and will also be published in Caterer and Hotelkeeper 6th August edition. You will also receive an email/correspondence from us by this date if you have made the shortlist.

When will I find out if my company has won?
 
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Hotel Catey Awards on 6th November 2009 in Nine Kings Suite, The Royal Lancaster Hotel.

When will I receive my invitations?
 
Your invitations will be sent to you in early October, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests
 
Whom do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
 
Once your table booking has been confirmed we will send you a guest list to complete and return to the event organisers for all guests with special dietary requirements. This form must be returned at least 1 week prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and we might not be able to accommodate any special requests at last minute.
 
How do I order drinks for my table?
 
You are provided with wine as part of your table package.  Should you wish to order additional wines or soft drinks, please do via the wine waitier on the night. However you will be asked to settle the bill by credit card/cash on the night for these additional drinks.
 
What is your cancellation policy on purchased tickets?
 
Cancellations made up to and including 7th September 2009 must be put in writing to Melinda Park at Melinda.park@rbi.co.uk (tel: 020 8652 4494). Where full payment has been received a 20% administration fee will be applied to all cancelled tables.  To avoid duplicate bookings on your table please do speak to nominator and nominee to ensure this does not happen.  Unfortunately due to a rise in administration costs, duplicate bookings will not receive any refund but we are happy to place your tables side by side on the night. 
 
For any cancellations after this date no refunds are possible, but we are happy to substitute any names at any time.
 
Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue, content, date or timing of the event.  In the event that this function is cancelled, by the organisers, a full refund will be made on any booking.
