Table bookings and cancellations
All table bookings will be confirmed within 4 working days. If you do not receive confirmation of your booking from Hotel Cateys 2008 please contact Melinda Park immediately.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the address below. If you cancel on or before 16 October 2008 a full refund is given. If you cancel after the 16 October 2008 no refund is given, including non-attendance at the Event. We can make a substitute of any table guest.
Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue or the date of the Event.
In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.
Cancellation of the Event
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible Event cancellation or postponement. In any Event, the Event Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc.

Special requirements
Please do let us know in advance if you have any special requirements, dietary or otherwise. Simply email the event manager - Cathy Fuller cathy.fuller@rbi.co.uk prior to the event and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. Charges may apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of, if advance notice is not given.
Lighting and special effects
It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform their guest(s) that special effects including strobe lighting maybe used on the night of the Awards.
